  Three Forms of Injure







Many verbs give the idea of action. For example,  

Injure  - ਜ਼ਖਮੀ

Main verbs have three basic forms.



Three Forms of Verb : 


(Base) 1st form : injure

(Past) 2nd form : injured 

(Past Participle) 3rd form: injured


Remember : 
The second and the third forms are same.
       
injure- injured-injured 

Tip: Add '-d' after 'injure' to make the second and the third forms.



Sentences for Spoken English:
1. Don't injure an animal. 
2. Heene fell and injured herself. 
3. Are you injured?



Task for you: 
✍Frame a sentence using the verb injure.
