Do backbend. Fold your arms. Hold your head up straight. Kick the ball as hard as you can. Outstretch your arms and a leg. Put hands on hips. Raise your hand to speak. Sit properly. Sit straight. Stand still. Stand up. Stand with your arms wide open.
