Tips to Score Better Marks in English
Dear students,
Today I am sharing some useful and helpful Tips that would help you score better and would help you attempt English paper in an impressive way.
1. Read each question carefully before attempting it.
2. Mention Section (A, B, C, D, E) and Question no. clearly and legibly.
3. Try to attempt the paper in a serial order ( 1 to 9).
4. First impression is the last impression.
So, if you choose to attempt the questions you know very well, you can. It hardly creates any problem.
But mention the section and question no. clearly.
5. Leave a line after every answer. But not in case of Objective Type Questions - It looks odd there.
6. Avoid cutting . But don't worry if it happens. Just strike the wrong word, sentence or question two-three times and keep it in a box. Avoid crisscrossing.
7. Attempt all the questions. Don't leave any question unattempted.
8. You will get internal choices in Section-E
( Writing part). Don't try to attempt the difficult one. Choosing the tough question will not give you better marks. Rather attempt the one you are confident about.
9. Attempt notice/ Advertisement/ Message/Note-making on a fresh page.
Don't forget to keep it in a box. Mention the Title in bold and capital letters.
10. Write the date in the correct format while doing Writing part.
(March 20, 2020 or 20th March 2020).
11. Avoid spelling mistakes. Instead of writing difficult words ( that may be wrong) , choose the ones you are sure about.
12. Focus on clear, legible and beautiful handwriting.
Don't worry if your handwriting is not so appealing, just take care of its formation and clarity.
All the best for your rip-roaring success!
