These commands will help you understand/ give commands during work out, exercise, yoga, daily routine, etc.

🗣Here is a list of 14 Commands:
- Cradle the baby in your arms.
- Do backbend.
- Fold your arms.
- Hold your head up straight.
- Kick the ball as hard as you can.
- Outstretch your arms and a leg.
- Put hands on hips.
- Raise your hand to speak.
- Sit properly.
- Sit straight.
- Stand still.
- Stand up.
- Stand with your arms wide open.
- Turn upside down.

- ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਨਰਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੜੋ।
- ਬੈਕਬੈਂਡ ਕਰੋ। (Backbend =ਇੱਕ ਜਿਮਨਾਸਟਿਕ ਕਸਰਤ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਵੱਲ ਝੁਕਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਹੱਥ ਫਰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੂਹਦੇ ) ( watch the following video to see it.)
- ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੋੜੋ।
- ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਰੱਖੋ।
- ਜਿੰਨੀ ਸਖਤ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ ਗੇਂਦ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਤ ਮਾਰੋ।
- ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਤ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਵੱਲ ਫੈਲਾਓ।
- ਕਮਰ 'ਤੇ ਹੱਥ ਰੱਖੋ।
- ਬੋਲਣ ਲਈ ਹੱਥ ਉਪਰ ਚੁੱਕੋ।
- ਠੀਕ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੈਠੋ।
- ਸਿੱਧਾ ਬੈਠੋ।
- ਸਥਿਰ ਖੜੇ ਰਹੋ।
- ਖੜੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਓ।
- ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਲ ਕੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਵੋ।
- ਉੱਪਰਲੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਮੋੜ ਲਵੋ । (Watch the following video to see it.)
