These commands will help you understand/ give commands during work out, exercise, yoga, daily routine, etc.

🗣Here is a list of 14 Commands:


  1. Cradle the baby in your arms.
  2. Do backbend.
  3. Fold your arms.
  4. Hold your head up straight.
  5. Kick the ball as hard as you can.
  6. Outstretch your arms and a leg.
  7. Put hands on hips.
  8. Raise your hand to speak.
  9. Sit properly.
  10. Sit straight.
  11. Stand still.
  12. Stand up.
  13. Stand with your arms wide open.
  14. Turn upside down.

  1. ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਨਰਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੜੋ।
  2. ਬੈਕਬੈਂਡ ਕਰੋ। (Backbend =ਇੱਕ ਜਿਮਨਾਸਟਿਕ ਕਸਰਤ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਵੱਲ ਝੁਕਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਹੱਥ ਫਰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੂਹਦੇ ) ( watch the following video to see it.)
  3.  ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੋੜੋ।
  4.  ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਰੱਖੋ।
  5.  ਜਿੰਨੀ ਸਖਤ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ ਗੇਂਦ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਤ ਮਾਰੋ।
  6. ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਤ ਨੂੰ  ਬਾਹਰ ਵੱਲ ਫੈਲਾਓ।
  7.  ਕਮਰ 'ਤੇ ਹੱਥ ਰੱਖੋ।
  8.  ਬੋਲਣ ਲਈ ਹੱਥ ਉਪਰ ਚੁੱਕੋ।
  9.  ਠੀਕ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੈਠੋ।
  10.  ਸਿੱਧਾ ਬੈਠੋ।
  11. ਸਥਿਰ ਖੜੇ ਰਹੋ।
  12.  ਖੜੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਓ।
  13.  ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਲ  ਕੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਵੋ।
  14. ਉੱਪਰਲੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਮੋੜ ਲਵੋ ।  (Watch the following video to see it.)
