Verb of the Day # 5 : Hear| Three Forms of Hear
Many verbs give the idea of action. For example,
Hear - ΰ¨Έੁਣੋ
Main verbs have three basic forms.
Three Forms of Verb :
(Base) 1st form :hear
(Past) 2nd form : heard
(Past Participle) 3rd form: heard
Remember :
The second and the third forms are same.
hear- heard- heard
Tip: Add '-d' after 'hear' to make the second and the third forms.
Sentences for Spoken English:
Can you hear me?
He heard footsteps π£ behind her.
I haven't heard from her lately.
