Speak and Pass Activity to Rearrange the jumbled words

Steps:

1. Take a ball that can be opened into two halves.

2. Put letter chits inside the ball.

3. Ask students to stand in a circle.

4. Pass the ball to a student.

5. The student opens the ball and picks a chit.

6. The student speaks the letter aloud (e.g., G).

7. Pass the ball to the next student.

8. The next student says a word beginning with that letter (e.g., green, go).

9. Continue passing the ball until all six letters are picked.

10. Ask the six students holding the letters to come in front of the class.

11. Students rearrange the letters to form a meaningful word (e.g., GINGER).

12. The whole class speaks the word loudly together.
