♦️🖥♦️Online Apply ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਤਿਆਰ ਰੱਖੋ:

1. ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਸਾਈਜ਼ ਫੋਟੋ

2. ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਜਨਮ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ (Old Date of Birth Certificate)

3. UID (Aadhaar Card) ਜਾਂ Voter ID Card (ਜਨਮ ਮਿਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਵਜੋਂ)

ਸਾਰੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ (Clear) ਅਤੇ ਸਕੈਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਣ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਨਾ ਆਵੇ।

Dear students , parents and teachers,  

If you have an old handwritten birth certificate or your birth is registered but not digitized, you can apply for a digitized birth certificate through the Punjab government.

 The service is called "Issuance of Birth Certificate / Non Availability Certificate" on Connect Punjab. (India.gov.in)

Step-by-step guide

1. Open the official portal:
   Connect Punjab Portal

2. Click Citizen Login.

   • Sign in with your mobile number/OTP.

   • If you don't have an account, register first.

3. After logging in, search for:
   "Issuance of Birth Certificate / Non Availability Certificate"

4. Click Apply Online.

5. Select the appropriate local authority where the birth was originally registered:

   • Municipal Corporation

   • Municipal Council

   • Nagar Panchayat

   • Gram Panchayat

6. Fill in all the details exactly as they appear on the old birth certificate:

   • Name

   • Date of Birth

   • Place of Birth

   • Father's Name

   • Mother's Name

   • Registration Number (if available)

   • Registration Date (if available)

7. Upload the required documents (PDF/JPG as specified on the portal), typically:

   • Old Birth Certificate (scanned)

   • Aadhaar Card

   • Supporting proof if required

8. Pay the prescribed fee (if applicable).

9. Submit the application.

10. Save the Application Number.

11. Track the application status from the portal.

12. Once approved, download the digitally signed Birth Certificate (PDF), which is legally valid. (cleartax)

If your birth record is not found

If the old birth record is missing from government records, you may first need a Non-Availability Certificate (NAC) and then follow the delayed registration procedure through the Registrar. (India.gov.in)

ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸਾਲ 2026-27 ਲਈ ਅੱਠਵੀਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਰ੍ਹਵੀਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਮਿਤੀ 15-07-2026 ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ 24-07-2026 ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

Note : 

Unified Registration Portal ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਐਂਟਰੀ ਕੇਵਲ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਦੀ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਮਿਤੀ 24-07-2026 ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇਗੀ।
