🎯⛳️🎯 Progression Activity / Student Promotion Module ਉਪਰ data update ਕਰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ:
1. Students promote ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹਰੇਕ ਕਲਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਹਰੇਕ section ਦਾ ਡਾਟਾ Finalize ਕਰਨਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।
Finalize button ਹਰੇਕ class ਦੀ student list ਦੇ ਹੇਠ ਮੌਜਦੂ ਹੈ।

2. ਹਰੇਕ class ਨੂੰ Finalize ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੂਰੇ Promotion Module ਨੂੰ Finalize ਕਰਨਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਜਦ ਤੱਕ Promotion Module ਨੂੰ Finalize ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਉਦ ਤੱਕ Import module ਅਤੇ Update Student module ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

3. Import module ਵਿਚੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਉਹੀ students import ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਜੋ session 2023-24 ਵਿਚ ਆਪਦੇ school ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਇੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਕਲੂ ਵਲੋਂ students ਦਾ ਡਾਟਾ release (Leaving Certificate) ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਉਹ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ Import ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।
4. ਜੋ students session ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਵਿਚ school ਆਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਕਲੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ ਅਜਿਹੇ students ਨੂੰ Promote ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ Transfer Certificate Module ਰਾਹੀਂ TC /SLC ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

5. Session 2023-24 ਦੌਰਾਨ Pre-Primary ਤੋਂ class 1 ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੇਂ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਹੋਏ students ਦਾ record School Dashboard ਵਿਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ Add Student link ਤੇ add ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ! Class 2 ਤੇ Class 5 ਵਿ ਚ ਨਵੇਂ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਹੋਏ students ਦਾ record school login ਤੇ add ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਅਜਿਹੇ students ਦੀ list ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਨੱਥੀ ਫਾਰਮ 02 ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਭੇਜੀ ਜਾਵੇ।

6. Progression activity complete ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਾਰੇ students ਦਾ record update ਕਰਨਾ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ School Dashboard ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ View/Manage link ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
7. ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ student ਦੇ ਨਾਮ, ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾਾ , ਜਨਮ ਤਰੀਕ, ਕਲਾਸ ਜਾਂ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਚ ਦੀ ਜਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ students ਦੀ details ਨਾਲ ਨੱਥੀ ਫ਼ੋਰਮ 03 ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਭਰ ਕੇ ਭੇਜੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
8. Nursery class ਦੇ ਜੋ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ
LKG ਦੇ Section ਵਿਚ Add ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ Promotion ਕਰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ Option “Repeater by Choice” Select ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।

*ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ 2023-24 ਲਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਪ੍ਰੋਫਾਇਲ ਅਤੇ ਫੈਸਲੀਟੀਜ਼ ਲਿੰਕ ਲਾਈਵ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਡਾਟਾ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕਰਨਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।*

*4 1.53 Availability of free text books, Teaching Learning Material (TLM), Play material (in current academic year) and Graded Supplementary Material (for previous academic year) Need Correction*
*5 1.54 Key Performing Indicators (KPI) on teaching, learning (in Current Academic Year), materials etc. Need Correction*
*6 1.55.1 to 1.55.20 Section 1B School Safety and Other Parameters Need Correction*
*7 1.56 to 1.59 Section 1C - Receipts and Expenditure Need Correction*
*Section 2- Physical Facilities, Equipments, Computer and Digital initiatives*
*9 2.1 to 2.6 Classroom Need Correction*
*10 2.7 to 2.19 Toilet Facility Need Correction*
*11 2.20 to 2.23 Physical Facilities and Equipments in Schools Need Correction*
