 APAAR ID : Name & Contact Number Updation aand Consent Form 

🧨🧨 Keep Consent Form,  

           UID ( Student's & Parent's) &                           Attendance Register                   

          with you before you doing this work.

🎸🎸 Check student's name, d.o.b, contact number and parents name in UDISE . Most of the problem occurs due to these particulars.

📌📌 Click on APAAR Module : Fill Class and Section to update students. 

🎸🎸 Make sure all of your students are enrolled here. 

🎸🎸 Click on Generated to know their APAAR IDs ( wil be  generated in 24 hours)

🎸🎸Click on Requested to see how many are in progress.

🎸🎸Click on Not Applied to see how many are left.

🎸🎸Click on Failed and generate the ID once again.

🎸🎸 If not done , check/ update name, D.OB parents name or UID number in GP (General Profile).

☆●☆ Name Problem :

Some names can be changed. 

Click on Student Name Update . Write PEN number of the student, and do correction. Student name can be changed only one time. So, do it carefully. 

📌📌 Remember: Student name can be changed only one time.

Example: If a student named Neha Rani shows NehaRani, it can be changed, but if it shows Neha Devi,  then it can't be changed unless she updates it in UID ( if her name is Neha Devi there).

🧨🧨 Update Phone number,  name ( mother's or father's) , UID number or D.O.B. in General Profile.

🎸🎸 Consent Form: It is a mandatory form. Get it signed by the parent or the legal guardian along with their UID ( xerox copy). Keep it in your record.
