Regarding MSTAR Epunjab:

🧨🧨Generate TC:

Steps:

1. Click on Admission .

2. Then Activities 

3. Transfer Certificate 

4. Add 

5. Fill Admission number 

6. Save 

🧨🧨 How to Update service status for left out staff:- (Retired, Resigned etc.)

Steps to update:- 

1) Login Institute admin (School Head) account.

2) Click on HRMS menu

3) Click on Employee Personal detail under activities tab

4) Click on the Advance Search Link 🔎 

5) Click on Search button

6) Select concerned staff and click on view

7) update

status inactive and service status retired

Enter retirement/resignation date in remarks.

Then save

*How to Update Mobile No. and Email id if otp are not getting received due to wrong mobile no./email*:- 

Steps to update:- 

1) Login Institute admin (School Head) account.

2) Click on HRMS menu

6) Select concerned staff and click on view

7) update mobile no./ email id and click on save after filling complete detail.

1. Mstar epunjab website ਉੱਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿਚ ਜਿਨੇ ਵੀ ਕਲਾਸ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੂੰ Allot ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ। ਕੋਈ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਇਵੇਂ ਦਾ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਜੋ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੂੰ Allot ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

 2. ਦੇਖਣ ਵਿਚ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ Mstar epunjab ਉੱਤੇ ਕਈ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਈ ਕਲਾਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਲੀ(extra) ਸ਼ੈਕਸਨ ਪਏ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਸ਼ੈਕਸਨ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਆਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੂੰ Allocate ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ Report ਵਿਚ Pendency show ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ mstar.epunjabschool.gov.in ਤੇ ਖਾਲੀ ਸ਼ੈਕਸਨ ਨੂੰ Delete ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਆਪਸ਼ਨ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਖਾਲੀ ਪਏ ਸ਼ੈਕਸਨ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੂੰ Allot ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਜੀ।

 3. Mstar epunjab ਉੱਤੇ ਅਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਬੱਚਾ add, Delete ਜਾਂ promote ਨਹੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਸਿਰਫ ਜੋ ਬੱਚੇ ਦਿੱਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਉਹਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਬਾਕੀ ਨਵੇਂ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਚ ਜੋ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਉਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।

 4. ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਈ-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਾਈਟ (www.epunjabschool.gov.in) ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਬੱਚਾ Delete/left ਜਾਂ promote ਨਹੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁੱਝ ਨਵੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ (31 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋ ਬਆਦ)ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।

5. Mstar epunjab ਉੱਤੇ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ/ਨਾਨ-ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ password reset ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸਕੂਲ ਮੁੱਖੀ ਇਹੇ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਟਾਫ ਮੈਬਰਾ ਨੇ Mstar epunjab ਉੱਤੇ ਲਾਗਿਨ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।

Click on Class Attendance:

🧨 Then Choose Class and Section ( Already alloted) :

■ Students are already marked : Present.

■ Click on P , and mark A, if a student is absent.

■ Click on Submit . 

■ Total No. of students, Present , absent will be displayed below class/  section and date .
